Regulatory requirements are expanding in scope and frequency, tax reporting and documentation is becoming increasingly data-intensive, and expectations from tax authorities regarding consistency, transparency, and auditability continue to rise. At the same time, technological capabilities are advancing rapidly, enabling new ways of embedding regulatory requirements directly into tax processes rather than managing them retrospectively.


This session is designed to address a central question faced by senior tax leaders today: how can emerging intelligent systems be integrated into the tax function in a way that enhances compliance, operational efficiency, and governance, while preserving professional judgment and regulatory defensibility?
