The Junior Content Marketer supports the organization’s marketing and growth activities by creating high quality content, executing campaigns, and assisting with webinars and publication processes. Working closely with and receiving coaching from the Marketing & Business Development Lead, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital marketing, hands-on execution, and developing skills across content, automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• LinkedIn Content

  • Drafts, schedules, and publishes LinkedIn posts following brand guidelines.

  • Assists in copywriting, repurposing content from webinars, magazines, and campaigns.

  • Monitors engagement and suggests improvements.

• Campaign Execution

  • Supports the rollout of marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels.

  • Coordinates with the Lead to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign tracking.

  • Updates CRM and automation tools as part of campaign workflows.

• Interview Transcriptions for Tax Technology Magazine (TTMAG)

  • Performs accurate transcriptions of interviews with contributors and subject‑matter experts.

  • Assists in content formatting and preparation for the editing process.

• Webinar Execution

  • Following one pager, expand on the topic, create the presentation, align with speaker on content feedback, and create poll questions.

  • Supports webinar logistics, technical setup on Zoom, and communications.

  • Update website CMS with webinar information and visuals.

  • Manages attendee communications, reminders, and post‑event follow‑up.

  • Helps monitor Q&A, chat, and engagement during live sessions.

  • Works with the Lead to define measurable goals for content output, engagement, and campaign support.

  • Learns how to track performance and report results.

Profile requirements

​

• EU citizen or holder of a valid work and residence permit

• Experience

  • Minimum one year of experience in a marketing or content related role.

  • Preferred exposure to digital marketing and creating or scheduling LinkedIn content.

• Skills & Affinity

  • High interest in digital tools, marketing technologies, and AI assisted workflows.

  • Quick learner with curiosity about new tools and automation.

• Work Style & Mindset

  • Comfortable in fast‑moving start‑up or scale‑up environments.

  • Strong team player, but also able to take ownership and work independently.
