Sales & Business Development Specialist

Sales & Business Development Specialist
We are searching for a strategic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This includes:

Continue setting up our CRM platform and processes, developing outreach materials, and designing lead generation strategies using innovative and technology-driven approaches.

The ideal candidate is someone who stays current with the latest tools and advancements in sales technology.

In this role, you will have full autonomy and ownership to shape and optimize our sales strategy.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation and create B2B opportunities to expand our market presence

Lead the sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets, using Brevo CRM to keep track of active leads and deals
-
Carry out inbound and outbound sales acquisition activities
-
Represent e-Bright at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
-
Manage client relationships, contract negotiations, and identify upselling opportunities
-
Maintain deep knowledge of e-Bright’s certification programs and evolving tax technology trends

Collaborate with marketing and product teams for material development and service improvements

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
Profile
-
EU citizen or holder of a valid work and residence permit
-
A minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience
-
Proven experience in sales and business development roles
-
Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments
-
Demonstrated ability to create and execute sales strategies

Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (we use Brevo currently)

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Familiarity with tax, transfer pricing, and/or technology is preferred

Tech-savvy with a passion for digital transformation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Team player who is also very well able to work independently
