Corporate roundtable on kickstarting digital transformation and building end-to-end tax workflows

Tax teams across multinational organizations are working in an environment where expectations have shifted quickly. Reporting demands are expanding, data is moving faster across systems, and authorities are becoming more digital and more data-driven. At the same time, many internal tax workflows still depend on manual checks, local variations, and workarounds that are hard to sustain at scale. That combination creates pressure on tax leaders to improve control, reduce rework, and build confidence in the numbers behind filings.

This roundtable was designed as a working conversation between peers. The goal was to share what is happening inside tax functions right now, compare approaches, and talk candidly about what helps transformation move forward. Participants focused on practical questions: how to define a realistic starting point, how to judge readiness, and how to build momentum when teams are already busy with day-to-day compliance
